Now you can give in to your Noodle cravings guilt-free with our Shirataki Noodle Dishes!
Shirataki” is Japanese for “white waterfall. They are translucent, white gelatinous noodles made from konjac root which is a type of yam.
The Konjac plant is native to Japan, China, and Southeast Asia.
What makes this Noodles special is that it is made up of mostly water and glucomannan, a water-soluble dietary fiber that has almost no calories and carbs which makes you feel full faster. Aside from helping you lose weight, Glucomannan also helps you regulate your blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and digestive health.
This means we can produce a full satisfying tasty noodle dish for between 400 and 500 calories
We have been cooking and testing these noodles out in our kitchen and we came up with 5 new dishes that taste best with Shirataki Noodles: Shirataki Spicy Basil, Shirataki Singapore, Shirataki Pad Thai, Shirataki Garlic Ginger, and Shirataki Cashew.
